Social Media Audit: The audit is the first and most critical step but unfortunately also the most skipped. When performing a Social Media Audit, I begin with examining your overall social media footprint. I look at your audience, those engaging on your page and sending messages. Who are they and what brought them to your page? Are they looking for customer service help? Are they looking for information? (ex: hours of operation) What is the overall sentiment? I also look at the times they are engaging. Which are the most successful posts and the ones that did not do quite as well. In addition, I examine 3 competitors in the industry. What do they post? How is it received? This helps us get a better understanding as to what kind of content is needed. It helps determine strengths, opportunities, and industry standards. The audit will work as the framework to a strategic marketing plan.
Social Media Marketing Plan: Using the information we gathered from the Social Media Audit, I will help you create a strategic marketing plan that will help you achieve your overall marketing goals. The Social Media Marketing Plan will include action items, post/engagement schedule, curated hashtag lists, SMART goals, content creation and key performance indicators (KPIs). We will meet monthly to discuss the plan's implementation and any necessary modifications.
